You can pay with a credit card or use PayPal balance, via PayPal. If using a CC via PayPal; a PayPal account is not required, though PayPal may try very hard to make you create one.
We previously had a direct credit card option, but the fees for this service were outrageous compared to the amount of money it was bringing in (which was none). We'll explore finding a second option to PP for the future.
